Human Resource Manager

Purpose:

The Human Resource Manager will perform all duties related to payroll and benefit management, and monitor legal changes affecting HR and make recommendations to CFO to maintain compliance with regulations.  This position will serve as a resource for all staff relative to personnel matters.

Hours: Full-Time
Reports to: Chief Financial Officer
Responsibilities:

Complete quarterly/annual reconciliation process for 941 and Wage reporting.

On-board new employees and work with appropriate staff to insure smooth intake.

Process bi-weekly payroll.

Process all benefit invoices for payment.

Manage Worker Compensation policy, claims and annual audit.

Specific duties assigned by the CFO.

Qualifications:

Preferred- Experience in Human Resources, managing a team of people, and dealing with external contractors.

Preferred- A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, such as business management or finance.
